Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and including any gift box or message card. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom jewellery (such as engraved pieces or items with custom message cards)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you’ll need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.

  • Please note it may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
